Businesses can utilize some of the research capabilities at the University of Baltimore.  Specifically, if they pay a fee, they can utilize advanced eye-tracking equipment, with the assistance of a graduate student.  The student can also assist with data collection, data analysis, and interpretation.  This equipment can help businesses clarify how their customers use their products or services—and can thus identify potential improvements or opportunities.
